Whole Free-Range Lamb – R2835 Deposit (±15–20kg @ R189/kg)

Our lamb is free range, lives an incredibly peaceful life on vast grazing lands and has never received any growth hormones or routine antibiotics.

Please note that we take orders in weekly blocks ending every Monday, with delivery around 10 days thereafter. This is because we only take from the field what we need depending on your order.

As we don't know lamb weights at the time of order, we charge a deposit now and then apply a final charge at Back's Deli upon collection when the product will be weighed. We expect the final weight to be between 15 and 20kg. The deposit taken is equivalent to 15kg at R189/kg, so please expect a collection payment of up to R945 depending on the final weight. E.g. if final weight is 18kg you will only pay for 3kg at R189/kg at collection, as you have already paid a deposit for 15kg. We have decided to charge this way as we process lamb especially for the estate on pre-order, so we ask for your understanding of availability of final weight upon collection.

Our lamb is expertly cut, portioned and vacuum packed in a sealed box and flash frozen. As its a whole lamb you would freeze it at home anyways so we just do it for you to ensure it gets to you as a high quality product.

• shoulder chops
• leg (cut into chops or whole roasts)
• shank (cut into stew pieces or whole shanks)
• neck (cut)
• ribs (whole rack and on the bone)
